Pricing that's to the point. When you're ready

We bill monthly in arrears based on your usage. Each month based on when you signed up, we will calculate the number of active users in that billing period and then bill you accordingly. For example, if you had 25 active users in the given month then your invoice will be 25 users x $3. If the next month your number of "active users" go down or up, your bill will either reflect the additional or fewer users. We charge a minimum of $49 so if your invoiced amount is less than $39, you will be charged $49. All prices exclude any local taxes that may apply.

Someone that is paired at least once in the month will count towards your number of active users. This way, we bill for unique users and not number of pairings or how many seats there are in an organisation. If people are added to the group but leave before ever getting paired in that month, you will not be billed for them. Likewise if someone joins later in the month and get's paired, or they leave the group after having been paired earlier in that month, they will still count towards your total number of active users. A person only counts as 1 active user, no matter how many times they get paired. Since people can only be linked to one Dewdropz pairing group(the last one they were added to), it means you will only be billed once per unique user.

Yes! When you setup your Dewdropz account, it's linked to you as the SuperUser. Each SuperUser will have their own account. So you can have Dewdropz setup in multiple teams under your name so that everything is consolidated in billing or have it only in one team. If there Dewdropz is installed by someone else in your organisation, we will let you know when you try to install but will not stop you since these will be separate accounts.

Absolutely not. We are trying to make your life easier, and disguising a bill as convenience does not align with that goal. We all know how frustrating it can be to receive a bill because you forgot about the trial deadline. This is why we do not capture any details to get the trial going. At the end of your trial period, you will get a reminder and then your services will stop automatically. This does not mean we end the account, we just don't pair anyone. To get things going again, you just need to upgrade by going to your dashboard in the console and upgrading. If you would like to avoid any interruption we allow you to upgrade before the trial ends, this will still give you the remainder of the free trial before any billing starts.

Billing is done monthly by credit card. There are no lock-in contracts, you can choose to end your contract by sending in your request to cancel your subscription. There is a 30 day notice period to cancel your subscription. You will still have access to the platform and matching for the duration of that billing cycle. After that billing cycle ends, you will not be charged again. We don't offer refunds on payments already made.

No, your free trial does not limit you to the number of users, however, we do not offer full support on unpaid subscriptions.

No, you can start your free trial without a credit card. Simply add the bot and create your account to get started. However, to ensure that your service is not interrupted after the trial, you will need to enter a credit card to have an "active" subscription.

Yes, you can get a 14 day free trial when you install the bot to your team. No credit card required.
